Hair Smoothening Keratin
Hair Smoothing improves the hair texture without causing any change in structure like relaxers. After a smoothing treatment, hair will look silky, smooth and very natural. Smoothing is the healthiest option to create the appearance of straight silky, shiny hair. We offer Brazilian Keratin Straighening, a long term hair smoothing treatment lasts about 12 weeks, and straightens from 40%-80%.
Hair Straightening
Chemical hair straightening can alter the basic structure of naturally wavy or curly hair into a new straighter form. Depending on the hair type, texture, condition and prior chemical use we will suggest the best product for your needs. We offer both Thermal Reconditioners and Relaxers.
Scalp Treatment
Hereditary thinning hair, caused by genetics, most commonly affects men. Our treatment acts at the follicle level, the origin of new hair, to counteract thinning hair with a convenient, natural and scientifically proven triple patented formula that specifically targets the three major causes of hereditary thinning hair: Vascular, Hormonal and Tissular. It works directly on these factors with three active phases that result in stronger hair growth while existing hair growth is protected.
Hair Extensions
Hair Extensions can lengthen and add fullness to your hair, making thin, fine hair look thicker. If you have short hair and want to try a longer style, hair extensions will give you a quick solution. Depending on the type, hair extensions can provide a solution for hair that is broken or growing out of a short hair style. Our extensions are of the highest quality to match your unique hair type. The hair can be glued or clamped, with individual strands or wefts. We require a consultation in order to suggest the best technique and type of hair for your needs. Each client is sent home with a DNA Salon home care kit including shampoo and moisturizer to ensure the highest quality care both inside and outside the salon.
Hair Care
We combine over 30 years of expertise in curly and wavy hair care, with our our own proprietary products developed over the years to address the special care that curly and wavy hair requires.
Hair Products
We will teach you how to care for your hair at home, with proprietary take home products and customized solutions based on your personal needs.
Cut
When coming in for a cut, wear hair loose and dry so we can better see the structure of your wire . This goes for those who are coming for the first time and also for current customers . We want to see exactly how your hair behaves naturally.
Color
Curly hair is more sensitive and prone to dryness by nature . Therefore color must also be done very carefully. Our coloring process focuses on soft color as not to lose the nuance of the original hair color. Our color does not include ammonia. For highlights, we use the technique of “painting”, which also follows the same philosophy of soft color without damaging the hair.
Hydration
One of the secrets to having beautiful healthy curly and wavy hair is to invest in hydration. Hair is composed of 89 % protein including keratin , 1 % mineral and 10 % water. The goal is to retain the hair’s moisture. We offer several treatments, which customers should receive at least once per month, followed by once a week hydration treatment at home. We offer SOS Conditioning Treatments.
