Is this a permanent straightener?
No, this makes hair smooth for approximately 12 to 16 weeks.
How does this differ from a thermal (Japanese) Straightener?
There is no thio or lye contained in this product. There is no risk of chemical damage to the hair caused by harsh chemicals.
Does this product contain Formaldehyde?
No! This is formaldehyde free.
How much product will I need per application?
Approximately 2oz.
How long will the application process take?
Between 1 to 3 hours depending on the density and lenght of the hair.
Does this treatment require a touch up application?
No. The new application will be applied onto the entire hair shaft.
If I overlap the previously processed hair, will there be breakage?
No. This is a natural Keratin based product and will only enhance the condition of the hair.
